Did You Know? Foods Containing Gluten

      Are you new to gluten-free? Or do you eat gluten and are looking to cater for your gluten-free family member or friend? Either way, it is important to understand that foods containing gluten are not limited to simply bread, flour, cereal, pasta, baked goods or pastry (the usual suspects!). In saying that, don’t panic, there are MANY wonderful gluten-free products that are readily available on the market to ensure you or your friends and family are safe!
